Activities

Bandrum Nursing Home has 3 activities organisers. Daily activity programmes are provided for every unit, and include outings on the company's minibus.

Residents are encouraged to maintain close links with family and community. Bandrum Nursing Home help residents to be part of social occasions; e.g., weddings, christenings, birthday parties, etc.

Regular entertainments are held in-house. Picnics & coffee outings are organised. Outings to shows and trips to Ratho Barge and many other popular venues are also enjoyed.

The local mobile library also visits every 2 weeks.

Re-awakening old interests gives a sense of purpose whilst developing new hobbies is so often a source of great pride. That is why we try to make sure that there is always something going on at Bandrum. You can choose from an extensive program of activities which could include trips to the theatre, visits to football games, museums, art galleries etc. News about exciting new activities will appear on this website from time to time. On the other hand you are free to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The choice is yours.
